How it works

• Connect your Stripe account(s): First, you connect one or more of your Stripe accounts to MassInvoices.

• Select a period & click Download: Pick the period you want to export (month, quarter, etc.), then click “Download”. MassInvoices will gather all invoices, receipts and credit notes (PDF) for the selected period.

• Receive a ZIP file by email: Once the files are ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to download a ZIP file containing all your documents.

• Automatic monthly export (optional): If you enable auto-download, MassInvoices will automatically send you — usually on the 1st or 2nd day of each month — a full export of invoices, receipts and credit notes from the previous month.

• Handle one or multiple Stripe accounts: If you subscribe to the “Unlimited Stripe accounts” plan, you can connect several Stripe accounts and manage all invoices from a single dashboard.

• No software to install — web-only: MassInvoices is fully web-based. You just need a browser; there’s no installation required.
